Locations:
I am in-person or online Mondays & Thursdays at my office in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle.
Online telehealth sessions available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Rates:
Individual sessions are $175 for 55 minutes.
Couples sessions are $200 for 55 minutes.
I am in-network with Kaiser Permanente, Premera, Regence, and United Insurance companies.
I offer an "out of network" provider invoice for reimbursement from other insurance companies, depending on your plan.
Please ask about availability for sliding scale sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
Since I set aside your therapy appointment time for you, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or pay the full cost of the session if it's under 24 hours notice.
Intake paperwork:
A link to intake paperwork will be emailed to you once we set up a first session. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon scheduling or upon request.
